Loop Kilometres definition
Loop Kilometres means the Route distance measurement, which begins at the first pick up to the last drop off, then shortest road distance back to first pick up both morning and afternoon as calculated using the planning software used by the Consortium. These kilometers are otherwise known as “Ministry calculated kilometers”.
