Look-alike definition

Look-alike means any substance which by appearance, representation, or manner of distribution would lead a reasonable person to believe that the substance is an illegal drug or other controlled substance.
Look-alike drugs shall mean any substance which is believed to be or represented to others to be an illegal drug, or possessed with the belief or understanding that the substance is an illegal drug.

  • Qualified User means a person (e.g., employee, consultant, contingent staff) who: (1) is a user of a Qualified Device, or (2) accesses any server software requiring an Enterprise Product Client Access License or any Enterprise Online Service.
