Long-Term Extension Study definition

Long-Term Extension Study means, where applicable, the additional clinical study to be conducted by the Sponsor, which (i) is designed to evaluate the long-term safety, efficacy and quality of the intervention that was the subject matter of the Study-INT and (ii) requires the submission of a new protocol and, where applicable, any additional Approvals.
Long-Term Extension Study means, with respect to each Collaboration Program, the long term extension trial for such Collaboration Program described in the Pre Exercise Development Plan and Budget.”

Related to Long-Term Extension Study

  • Contract Term Extension means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension.

  • Patent Term Extension means any term extensions, supplementary protection certificates and equivalents thereof offering Patent protection beyond the initial term with respect to any issued Patents.

  • End of Term Extension means the time period defined in §2.D.

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits
