LONG FORM REPORT definition

LONG FORM REPORT means the long form report in the agreed form in respect of the Group prepared by the Accountants, including any updates and supplements thereto; MATERIAL means, when used in Schedule 4, material for the purposes of making an informed assessment of the assets, liabilities, profits, losses, financial position and prospects of the Company, PLC or the Group (as relevant);
LONG FORM REPORT means the due diligence report, in the agreed form, prepared in respect of the Company by the Reporting Accountants and addressed to the Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇;
LONG FORM REPORT means the long form report on the Group dated on or around 5th March, 2001 prepared by Deloitte & Touche and addressed to (inter alia) the Company and the Sponsor;
