Long Exposure definition

Long Exposure means that the default of an issuer or group of issuers leads to a loss for the institution, regardless of the type of instrument or transaction creating the exposure.
Long Exposure means the value of Long Positions within the Company’s Portfolio and “Short Exposure” means the value of Short Positions within the Company’s Portfolio, in each case expressed as a percentage of the total Portfolio at various points from January 2019 to 31 August 2021.
Long Exposure means the value of Long Positions within Cadence Capital Limited’s portfolio and “Short Exposure” means the value of Short Positions within Cadence Capital Limited’s portfolio, in each case expressed as a percentage of the total portfolio at various points from October 2005 to 30 September 2018.

  • Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Revolving Loans and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure at such time.

  • Aggregate Revolving Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate Revolving Exposure of all the Lenders at such time.
