Logo Usage Guidelines definition

Logo Usage Guidelines means the terms of Exhibit G, as such exhibit may be amended from time to time by DECE upon notice to Executing Licensee Entity.
Logo Usage Guidelines means the guidelines established and amended from time to time by the Utility Partners containing the terms and conditions for usage of the logos and marks of the Utility Partners attached hereto as Schedule A.

  • May refer to themselves as a PUD Registered Trade Ally and may use the PUD Registered Trade Ally logo in accordance with Logo Usage Guidelines (available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) and as specified in the Master Agreement.

  • In all other cases where the trademarked logos are displayed, The Logo Usage Guidelines must be followed.
