  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Operations Plan means the document by which PURCHASER notifies STATE of the plans and schedule for completing the operations described in the contract. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
