  • The Foundation shall pay 100% of the annual license fees related to BANNER Advancement, CRM Advance, and reporting software (Logi Analytics, Advizor, Ellucian Analytics, and any future business intelligence reporting tool) used in conjunction with the BANNER Advancement and CRM Advance data sets.

  • Client’s use of the Logi Analytics Software by any third party other than the Client for internal business purposes is prohibited.

  • Licensee hereby grants Logi Analytics a nonexclusive and royalty-free right and license to use the Licensee Information solely for the purpose of performing the Packaged Services.

  • Any such taxes imposed on any payments hereunder to Logi Analytics shall be Licensee’s sole responsibility, and Licensee shall, upon Logi Analytics’ request, provide Logi Analytics with official receipts issued by the appropriate taxing authority, or such other evidence as Logi Analytics may reasonably request, to establish that such taxes have been paid.
