Logging on means the User entering the OpenWeb ASDL credentials (username and password) provided into a router, modem or Computer with the intent of connecting to the Openweb ADSL network and internet.

Logging on just means telling the machine who you are so that you can access your own files. Logging on requires a username and a password. The username is unique to you here in Stirling. It doesn't really matter if other people know your username, but the password is private to you. Don’t tell anyone else your password. Don’t let anyone else use your username or password.
