Loge Seating definition

Loge Seating means the private viewing boxes (other than Suites), whether denominated as loge boxes or otherwise, in the Arena, the initial location of which will be identified in the Approved Plans.
Loge Seating has the meaning set forth in Section 36.01.‌‌

Examples of Loge Seating in a sentence

  • Loge Seating – A new premium Loge seat offering will be created in front of the suites that will be accessed via new stairs from the new Suite Level lounges, down to the Loge area.

  • Loge Seating Net Revenue shall mean gross receipts, revenue and income from the sale of Loge Seating reduced by sales and marketing expenses for such seats.

  • Loge Seating shall mean the seating described in Section 9(C)(2) of this Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of subparagraph 4 below, UNL grants City the exclusive right to market, 42 license and assign the Loge Seating to individuals and entities in connection therewith.

  • The Rebate does not apply to ticket sales for the Suite Level, SRO Vouchers used as tickets or Loge Seating.

  • Licensee acknowledges that Owner shall have the right to charge, in its sole discretion, a “premium” over the established ticket price for seats in the Arena’s Suite Level Seating and Loge Seating areas, and retain 100% of the proceeds associated therefrom after Licensee has received its credit for the Licensee Premium Seating Revenue outlined herein.

  • Owner shall be solely responsible for printing and of tickets for the Suite Level Seating and the Loge Seating areas and sales thereof.

  • Athletics agrees to allow City to sell suites and ▇▇▇▇▇ at a market rate to be determined by City 2 the Loge Seating revenues subject to reimbursement, should such pledge be required by bondholders as 3 approved by bond counsel for the University and then only as a special limited obligation not 4 constituting a debt or liability of the University.
