Log Price definition

Log Price means the price per thousand board feet of Logs payable by the Purchaser, as set out in the Log Purchase Agreement;

Examples of Log Price in a sentence

  • Any such payments will be considered a discharge of the Purchaser’s obligation to pay that amount of the Log Price.

  • The Log Price is payable in accordance with Section 10 and is inclusive of all costs to prepare and Deliver the Logs.

  • The Log Price includes all taxes, assessments or other charges due to any municipal, state or federal government, all of which taxes, assessments or other charges are the responsibility of the Seller.

  • At each meeting, the parties shall agree upon the Log Price for the ensuing quarter.

  • If TNC’s estimated Out-of-Pocket Expenses exceed the Log Price for the ensuing calendar quarter, at PCM’s sole discretion, either (i) TNC shall be relieved of its obligation to harvest and deliver the volume of Logs that would have otherwise been delivered in such ensuing quarter; or (ii) PCM shall agree to pay TNC’s actual Out-of-Pocket Expenses incurred during such quarter within fifteen (15) days of TNC’s submission to PCM of documentation of the Out-of-Pocket Expenses.
