Lodging Permit definition
Lodging Permit means the permit issued by the Commission to Lodging Providers authorizing the furnishing, at retail of rooms or lodging to Transients by hotelkeepers, motel operators, lodging marketplaces, owners of short-term rentals, and other persons furnishing accommodations that are available to the public, irrespective of whether membership is required for use of the accommodations.

Examples of Lodging Permit in a sentence
As a condition of issuance of a Lodging Permit hereunder, the Commission shall require that the Lodging Provider retain all records related to short term lodging services hereunder for a period of not less than seven (7) years.
The Commission shall allow a permitted Lodging Provider who ceases lodging operations may apply to the Commission for the de-activation of their Lodging Permit.
The Commission may accept the application, review it for accuracy and issue the Lodging Permit.
