Lodging Authority definition
Lodging Authority means an authorisation from the Issuer to the Issuing Agent or any relevant Dealer to lodge a Certificate with the CMU Service, substantially in the form of Schedule 9;

If it is agreed that the Issuing Agent or any relevant Dealer will initially lodge the Certificate(s) with the CMU Service it will, upon receipt of a Lodging Authority, provide to the CMU Service (with a copy to the Issuer) together with the relevant Certificate(s) a lodging agent's undertaking substantially in the form of Schedule 10.
