LODA definition
LODA means the Local Administrative Entities Development Agency established pursuant to Article 1 of Law N°62/2013 of 27/08/2013 establishing the Local Administrative Entities Development Agency (LODA) and determining its mission, organisation and functioning, or its successor thereto acceptable to the World Bank.
