• In no event shall Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Information be exposed to any open source or other third-party license terms that may require the disclosure, modification, or distribution of the Information.

• Procedures for mutual assistance in the admin- istration of justice in connection with the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation matter.

• This Software License Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) shall apply to Software acquired by Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation (hereinafter “LICENSEE”) from Seller (hereinafter “LICENSOR”) when this document is incorporated into an Ordering Document issued by Licensee or executed by the parties.

• References to the “Corporation” shall include Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation and its Subsidiaries.
