LOCKED BOXES definition
LOCKED BOXES have the meanings set forth in SECTION 2.6.
LOCKED BOXES means, collectively, the Bliss Locked Box and the Parent Locked Box, and "Locked Box" shall mean either the Bliss Locked Box of the Parent Locked Box, as the case may be.
