Lock Period definition

Lock Period means such minimum period of time not less than one (1) month and not exceeding six (6) months, or such other period communicated by the Bank from time to time in which the Customer requires that the Principal Amount be kept in the Lock Savings Account and during which period the Principal Amount will not be available to the Customer subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions (Accessing Locked Funds).

Examples of Lock Period in a sentence

  • In order to access the Principal Amount before the end of the Lock Period the Customer shall Request the Bank through the Lock Savings System Menu by selecting the Withdraw Funds option or such other option made available on the Lock Savings System Menu for that purpose (hereinafter in this clause referred to as “Withdraw Funds”).

  • At the end of the HLT Lock Period and for the next 8 (eight) months, the User may freely dispose of the HLT Tokens pro rata.

  • We also guarantee that the MGWB Charge will not increase during the Reset Charge Lock Period shown in the Contract Schedule.

  • After the expiration of the Lock Period, until the one year anniversary of the Closing, Holder shall only be permitted to sell the Subject Securities at a rate of no more than one percent of the outstanding stock of 1847 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ per quarter as shown by the most recent report or statement published by 1847 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Commitment or the Credit Agreement to the contrary, the Rate Lock Period will terminate on the Expiration Date.
