Lock-off Unit definition
Lock-off Unit means the portion of a multi-family dwelling unit that is capable of being separated from the remainder of such unit by a door lockable from both sides, if and only if: (i) such portion of the unit is accessible independent of the remainder of such unit and contains one or more bathrooms, but does not contain a kitchen, and (ii) such remainder of the unit is accessible independent of the portion of such unit described in clause (i) above, and contains one or more bathrooms and a kitchen.
Lock-off Unit means a smaller dwelling unit within a larger principal dwelling unit, which must have separate external access and shared internal access, and which can be locked off from the larger dwelling unit, but does not include a secondary suite.
Lock-off Unit means a room or portion of an accommodation unit in a hotel, motel, lodge, con- dominium, or other accommodations-type facility which has a bathroom, sleeping area and entrance separate from the principal accommodation unit and which is divisible from such unit for purposes of separate rental for lodging use. Such lock off units shall be considered individual accommodation or dwelling units for the purpose of parking, other impact mitigation, and water and sewer fees and charges.
