Location Release definition

Location Release means an agreement between a Production Company and the owner(s) of a private property used in a production.

  • CLIENT’S right to use the Property pursuant to this Location Release in Section I above shall commence expiration of the Term, CLIENT agrees to pay to TPC, immediately upon request, any additional sum(s) as outlined in the daily rate schedule in paragraph 8 and $750 /hour for each additional hour beyond the allowed daily hours.

  • New Release means new releases, updates or versions of the Software made generally available by SAP through unrestricted shipment pursuant to SAP Support after the Effective Date of the Agreement.

  • Work release means a program of partial confinement

  • Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit B (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.
