Location Based Service definition

Location Based Service means any Service or Application that uses, accesses, tracks or discloses the location of an Active Unit.
Location Based Service means any Service or Application that uses, accesses, tracks or discloses the location of an IoT SIM.
Location Based Service means any Service that uses, accesses, tracks or discloses the location of a Customer Line device.

  • Your Application may not unilaterally initiate a Location Based Service.

  • Your Location Based Service may not access Location Information directly or through your API’s unless Your Location Based Service is first initiated by an End User.

  • You may not collect, use or disclose Location Information in connection with Your Location Based Service other than as specifically provided in this Agreement and only in accordance with the required disclosures below.

  • You agree not to store Location Information any longer than necessary to provide the Location Based Service.

  • If Customer downloads or accesses Location Based Services through wireless Products and Services, Customer agrees that the Location Based Service provider may access, use and disclose as necessary the geographic location of Customer’s Product(s) pursuant to the terms and policies of the Location Based Service purchased by Customer, including the Location Based Service provider’s privacy policy.

  • To the extent an M2M Device involves a Location Based Service, Customer must ensure that each Employee and End User using such device is properly notified in accordance with the CTIA Best Practices and Guidelines for Location-Based Services, which can currently be found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/pdf/CTIA_LBS_Best_Practices_Adopted_03_10.pdf.

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring filling with liquid and generating hydrogen gas that is released to the atmosphere.
