Locality Allowance as per clause 35 of this Agreement is paid to Assistant Watchhouse Officers.
For the purposes of Remote Locality Allowance and Leave Fares Assistance an eligible dependant is a dependant (as defined above) who: for the previous 12 months had ordinarily resided with the employee in the remote locality; and has an income, if any, less than the applicable minimum wage.
