Local Video Release definition
Local Video Release or “LVR” means, with respect to an Included Program, latest to occur of the date on which such Included Program is first made available to the general public in Argentina, Mexico and Brazil in the standard DVD format.
Local Video Release or “LVR” for each Included Film shall mean the date on which such Included Film is first made available in the Territory to the general public for rental or sale (whichever is later) in the DVD format.
