local value added definition

local value added means the amount (expressed as a percentage of the total sales of an approved product) by which the amount realised from the sales of an approved product over a continuous period of twelve months, exceeds the aggregate amount of the following—
local value added means all direct costs, and an allocable portion of indirect costs, incurred by Supplier pursuant to the fulfillment of Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement.

  • value added service means any service which requires the processing of traffic data or location data other than traffic data beyond what is necessary for the transmission of a communication or the billing thereof;

  • value added tax means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
