Local Traffic Only definition
Local Traffic Only means that traffic which may safely operate on the street or roadway in order to access a dwelling or structure up to the point of road closure and not beyond. As a general rule such traffic shall have a destination of a structure located between the “road closed” warning sign and the point of closure. [Definition: MUTCD sec. r11-3 and r11-4]
