Local Supplement definition

Local Supplement means each Local supplement for a Service Location.
Local Supplement means, with respect to any jurisdiction, the supplement to the ESPP 2008 providing a summary of certain specific terms and conditions of the ESPP 2008 applicable in that jurisdiction. The Local Supplement (except the tax and social charges withholding summary included therein) constitutes an integral and essential part of the ESPP 2008 applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. In case of inconsistencies between the ESPP 2008 and the Local Supplement, the provisions of the Local Supplement shall prevail.
Local Supplement means, with respect to any Jurisdiction, the supplement to the ESPP 2009 providing a summary of certain specific terms and conditions of the ESPP 2009 applicable in that Jurisdiction. The provisions of the Local Supplement (other than the tax and social charges withholding summary included therein) constitute an integral and essential part of the ESPP 2009 applicable in the relevant Jurisdiction. In case of inconsistencies between the ESPP 2009 and the Local Supplement, the provisions of the Local Supplement shall prevail.

Examples of Local Supplement in a sentence

  • Failure to be approved in writing by said Committee shall render a Local Supplement null and void.

  • Arbitrator selection shall be accomplished in accordance with the procedure in each Local Supplement if different from above.

  • The national parties shall review the Local Supplement within 30 calendar days of its receipt.

  • The parties agree that any time after this Agreement has been in effect for 30 days, the parties, upon the request of either local party, may negotiate a Local Supplement to this Master Agreement.

  • The method of administering this seniority provision for demotions and layoffs shall be developed in each Local Supplement.

  • The necessary increase of wages because of working in a higher classification or the lowering of wages because of working in a lower classification shall be in accordance with the methods provided in each Local Supplement.

  • The moving party to arbitration is responsible for providing a copy of the Local Supplement to the arbitrator.
