Local Subcontracting definition
Local Subcontracting means the execution of contract/s to purchase Israeli Made Goods (as such term is defined under the Regulations), or to procure Works or services in Israel (as such term is defined under the Regulations), all - for the purpose of performing the Supplier's undertakings under the Contract.
