Local Standards definition

Local Standards has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).

  • To accommodate construction, the VILLAGE agrees to cooperate with the DEVELOPER as the DEVELOPER may request to obtain any required permits and authorizations of State and Local Standards.
