local SME definition
local SME means any small or medium sized enterprise employing less than 250 people with an annual turnover of less than £45million and a total balance sheet of less than £40 million which has its registered office or principle place of business in the district.
local SME means small and medium sized enterprises in the City of London and the fringe London Boroughs of Camden, Hackney, Islington, Lambeth, Southwark, Tower Hamlets and the City of Westminster that employ less than 250 employees and have a turnover not exceeding 50 million Euros and/or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding 43 million Euros and the words shall be construed accordingly;
