PRCs must be, with regard to the Planning Resources applicable to such PRCs, deliverable to the AMIL Local Balancing Authority area, or Local Resource Zone where Ameren Illinois load resides, but can include Aggregate PRCs, Local PRCs, and External PRCs, including any PRCs properly generated from Demand Response Resources (“DRR”) and/or PRCs properly generated from Load Modifying Resources (“LMR”) pursuant to the MISO RAR.
