Local Projects means any project proposed to be carried out within the Geography which are aimed at:

Local Projects means projects to be carried out for the purposes specified in the Framework that are not otherwise to be carried out or funded by or on behalf of a government entity or by or on behalf of the Developer in association with the Development, with a preference for projects principally situated within 30km of the Project Site and for projects in Wellington but not projects in the Dubbo urban area. For the avoidance of doubt, Local Projects may include Road Projects amongst other community benefits as included in the Framework.
