Local Permits definition

Local Permits means the municipal Permits, including those listed in Section 4.2 of the Disclosure Schedule under the caption of “Local Permits”.
Local Permits means all permits that must be obtained by a local authority regarding the zoning, construction, or operation of the Stations.

Related to Local Permits

  • Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.

  • Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Material Permits shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(n).
