Local Network Operator definition

Local Network Operator means, for each of the Premises to be supplied under this contract, the company licensed as either an electricity distributor or gas transporter (as applicable) and that owns or operates the distribution network through which energy is delivered to your Premises.

  • If your demand does exceed the Available Capacity you shall indemnify us for all costs, losses or liabilities incurred by us as a consequence, including any costs we incur from the Local Network Operator or, if your Site(s) are directly connected to a Transmission System, the operator of such Transmission System as a result.

  • Except where the Sites are directly connected to the GB Transmission System, you shall enter into a Connection Agreement with the relevant Local Network Operator.
