Local Holidays definition

Local Holidays means the national or customary local holidays and Saturdays customarily not worked by the office personnel at the Buyer’s Receiving Agent or at the Port of Discharge of which the Buyer has notified the Seller.
Local Holidays means the following days or the days on which these holidays are observed by NSB for US Clients: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day;

  • public holiday means any day that is a public holiday in terms of the Public Holiday Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994);

  • Bank Holiday means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday on which banks in the City of London are not open for business;

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.
