Local Distribution Zone definition
Local Distribution Zone means an authorized area as specified in the Regulations, within which one Distributor may operate;
Local Distribution Zone means an authorized area as specified in regulations issued under this Act, within which one distributor of downstream natural gas may operate;
Local Distribution Zone has the meaning given to it in the UNC; "National Transmission System" has the meaning given to it in the UNC; "Offtake" has the meaning given to that term in Recital A;
