Local Costs definition

Local Costs means, the sum of Petro Source's Local Marketing Cost(s), SMRC Reimbursable Variable Cost(s) (defined in paragraph 5) allocable to Local Sales, SMRC Reimbursable Fixed Cost(s) (as defined in paragraph 5), Local Inventory and Receivable Carrying Cost(s); and Local Cost(s) Carry Forward. iv. "Petro Source's Local Marketing Cost(s)" means on a process month basis, all cost(s), losses (including hedging losses net of gains) and expenses incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇ Source in making related Local Sales Revenue, including, but not limited to, the direct out-of-pocket cost(s) of selling, documenting, handling, storing, developing, testing, transporting and installing product; cost(s) associated with collection of receivables related to Local Sales (including, but not limited to, demerits and bad debt), cost(s) of goods sold, and any environmental excise tax, (including, but not limited to, Superfund excise tax) on petroleum processing. The parties hereto acknowledge that in accordance with the regulations pertaining to the Superfund excise tax that SMRC, as owner and operator of the Refinery, is required to remit the Superfund excise tax to the federal government. v. "Local Inventory and Receivable Carrying Cost(s)" means the portion of interest, at the rate charged to Petro Source under its bank credit facility, incurred to purchase and hold inventory and receivables pending payment; and letters of credit cost(s) which are reasonably allocable to Local Sales.
Local Costs means the items and amounts so designated by Ex-Im Bank in a "local costs endorsement" to the policy, if any.
Local Costs. The costs of goods manufactured or produced or of services supplied under the Export Contracts within the Relative Country, as are, in accordance with the provisions of the ECA Insurer Cover Documents, eligible to be financed under this Agreement. Margin: 0.70% (zero point seven zero per cent.) per annum.

Local Costs means, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion, as attributed to each W&C Instrument, any brokerage commissions, stock exchange or clearing system charges or other similar charges that would have been incurred by the Hypothetical Broker Dealer in connection with (i) the exercise of the W&C Instruments and payments in respect thereof (as if the Hypothetical Broker Dealer were the issuer of the W&C Instruments), or (ii) the acquisition, holding, realisation or disposal of the Applicable Hedge Positions. The definition of "Local Costs" as set out in LEPW Condition 2 shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Initial Costs means all costs incurred by the Authority relating to the establishment and initial operation of the Authority, such as the hiring of a Chief Executive Officer and any administrative staff, any required accounting, administrative, technical and legal services in support of the Authority’s initial formation activities or in support of the negotiation, preparation and approval of power purchase agreements. The Board shall determine the termination date for Initial Costs.

  • Environmental Costs any and all costs or expenses (including attorney’s and consultant’s fees, investigation and laboratory fees, response costs, court costs and litigation expenses, fines, penalties, damages, settlement payments, judgments and awards), of whatever kind or nature, known or unknown, contingent or otherwise, arising out of, or in any way relating to, any actual or alleged violation of, noncompliance with or liability under any Environmental Laws. Environmental Costs include any and all of the foregoing, without regard to whether they arise out of or are related to any past, pending or threatened proceeding of any kind.
