LOCAL COST definition

LOCAL COST means the expenditure (i) for goods and services manufactured and/or originated in Republic of Indonesia and incorporated into or used to develop or construct the Project, and (ii) up to the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Six Billion Five Hundred Thirty Seven Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Six Indonesian Rupiah (IDR 286,537,360,586).
