Local Common Area definition

Local Common Area means all real property in which a Local Association holds an interest, or which is held or maintained for the mutual use and benefit of such Local Association and its Members. Local Common Area may be established from time to time by the Master Association on any portion of the Property by describing such an area on a recorded Plat, by granting or reserving it in a deed or other instrument, or by designating it as such in this Declaration on in any Supplemental Declaration. Local Common Area may include easement and/or license rights.

Examples of Local Common Area in a sentence

  • Only Grantor or an Association shall have the right to delegate the right of enjoyment to the Common Area or the Local Common Area, to the general public, and such delegation to the general public shall be for a fee set by Grantor or Association.

  • Any Owner may delegate, in accordance with the Project Documents, such Owner's right of enjoyment to the Common Area or the Local Common Area, to the members of such Owner's family in residence, and such Owner's tenants or contract purchasers who reside on such Owner's Building Lot.
