Local Calling Service definition

Local Calling Service means a service which provides the origination and termination of calls that originate and terminate within the same Local Calling Area set forth in, or determined pursuant to, a MSA Schedule. Local Calling Service means a telecommunications service provided by a carrier to its Customers to enable them to make and/or receive calls that originate and terminate in the same Local Calling Area (and, for avoiding doubt, is not a Service provided by one carrier to the other).
