Local Broker definition

Local Broker means the local broker duly appointed by CAL to purchase and sell Securities on behalf of the Client on CAL’s instructions under this Agreement.
Local Broker means a local broker established under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the issuer of the Shares is incorporated or in which the Shares are listed and having, in the case of an Issuer incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands, the regulatory capacity as a matter of Dutch law to enter into derivatives transactions with Dutch residents and any other local brokers as substituted from time to time pursuant to Condition 24.3.4. The name(s) of the original Local Broker(s) will be specified in the Final Terms, and the words "Local Brokers" shall be construed accordingly;
Local Broker has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).

  • Local Broker agrees that SCC shall be a beneficiary of the indemnity set forth in Section 9 of the Listing Agreement.

  • In addition, Local Broker will provide assistance to SCC in order for it to effectively prepare marketing materials and present the Property to investors on a national basis outside of Missouri.
