Lobby Space. As defined in Exhibit L. Low-Rise: That portion of the Premises located on the 1st through 9th floors of the Building.

Examples of Lobby Space in a sentence

  • This Schedule does not include payments due under the Seventh Amendment in respect of the Lobby Space, which shall be in addition to the amounts shown below.

  • Tenant is hereby granted: (a) the right to install an elevator to run between the 1st Floor Lobby Space and the Mezzanine Space, subject to all of the applicable provisions of this Lease and with the same being “Systemic Work”, (b) the exclusive access to and use of Elevator Nos.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Lessor and Lessee expressly agree that Lessor shall bear any and all costs associated with any and all renovation and/or improvement of the Potential Lobby Space.

  • Effective as of the New Lobby Space Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the "Lobby Premises" shall, except to the extent other terms are provided in this Agreement with respect to the New Lobby Space, be deemed to refer collectively to the Lobby Premises demised pursuant to the First Amendment and the New Lobby Space.

  • During the time of such events there shall be no other use of any of the Common Areas or Lobby Space which would be competing, conflicting or disruptive with or to Tenant’s use.

  • On the Lobby Termination Date, Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the unamortized Landlord's Allowance previously paid with respect to the Lobby Space (using straight line amortization over the initial Term).

  • Upon such revocation or termination, Tenant shall restore the Lobby Space in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 8 of the Original Lease.

  • From and after the Seventh Amendment Date, the Lobby Space shall be treated as if it were a part of the Premises for all purposes of the Lease, including without limitation Article 6 thereof.

  • From and after the 12th Floor Premises Commencement Date (i.e., September 1, 2004), the term “Renewal Premises” shall be defined as (x) the entire floors 9 through 12, inclusive, (y) the Mechanical Premises and (z) the Original Lobby Space, and the term “Remainder Premises” shall mean floors 14 through 16, inclusive, the Elevator Premises, the Duct Premises, the Lobby Premises (other than the Original Lobby Premises) and approximately 250 square feet of rentable area on the service level of the Building.
