LOB Performance Measures definition
LOB Performance Measures means such measures of performance of a Line of Business (“LOB Management Goals”) and individual plants (“LOB Plant Goals”) as shall be determined for each Line of Business for a Plan Year pursuant to Section 3.3. For any Plan Year, the LOB Performance Measures shall be announced during the first quarter of the Plan Year.
