Loan Setup File. The information about each Qualified Loan serviced by the Master Servicer, as provided to Xxxxxx Mac by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.01(g). The Loan Setup File shall be provided in an electronic format agreed upon between the parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.
Loan Setup File. The information about each Loan Participation serviced by the Loan Participation Servicer, as provided to the Loan Participation Holder by the Loan Participation Servicer pursuant to Section 2.05. The Loan Setup File shall be provided in an electronic format reasonably acceptable to the Loan Participation Holder (e.g., spreadsheet or CSV format), which shall be substantially in the format attached hereto as Exhibit C (or as otherwise agreed to between the parties from time to time) that identifies each Loan Participation and contains at minimum the fields set forth in Exhibit C (or as otherwise agreed to between the parties from time to time) for each Loan Participation.
Loan Setup File. The information about each Qualified Loan added to the Portfolio, as provided to Xxxxxx Mac by the Seller pursuant to Section 4.04. The Loan Setup File shall be provided in a Microsoft Excel (XLS) format in accordance with the file specifications reasonably required by Xxxxxx Mac. The current required file specifications for the Loan Setup File are set forth in Exhibit E to this Commitment.

Examples of Loan Setup File in a sentence

  • The Servicer shall provide the CREFC® Loan Setup File to the Certificate Administrator no later than 4:00 p.m. on the fourth Business Day before the first Distribution Date.

  • Following the Closing Date, the Master Servicer shall provide a CREFC® Loan Setup File, CREFC® Property File and CREFCÒ Comparative Financial Status Report to the Sub-Servicer.

  • Each CMSA Loan Setup File and CMSA Loan Periodic Update File shall indicate (based solely on the Pooled Mortgage Loan Schedule) whether each related Pooled Mortgage Loan presented therein is contained in Loan Group 1 or Loan Group 2.

  • Where, as here, there has been no evidentiary hearing and the jurisdictional issue is addressed in affidavits, the plaintiff need only make a prima facie showing that the defendant is amenable to personal jurisdiction.

  • Upon receipt of a Loan Setup File, if Fxxxxx Mac determines that one or more Qualified Loans meet its eligibility criteria, Fxxxxx Mac shall prepare a Commitment Letter and deliver to the Seller a copy of such Commitment Letter signed by Fxxxxx Mac no later than five (5) Business Days prior to the desired Sale Date.

Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicers or the Special Servicers, as applicable, and the Trustee.
Loan Setup File means a file prepared by the Servicer containing substantially the information specified in the form of "loan setup file" produced by the CMSA. The form of such report is specified by the CMSA and can be accessed on the CMSA internet website at xxx.xxxx.xxx.
Loan Setup File. The information about each Qualified Loan serviced by the Central Servicer, as provided to Xxxxxx Mac by the Central Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01(a). The Loan Setup File shall be provided in a Comma Separated Values (CSV) format in accordance with the file specifications reasonably required by Xxxxxx Mac.   • Loan File means, with respect to each Loan delivered to the Custodian, each of the Loan Documents identified on the related Loan Checklist.

  • Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.

  • Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.

  • CREFC® Bond Level File The data file in the “CREFC® Bond Level File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Delinquent Loan Status Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or no later than 90 days after its adoption, such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.
