Loan Programs definition

Loan Programs means the Union Federal® Private Student Loan Program, the AAA Advantage Student Loan Program and the Union Federal Savings Bank Xxxxx International Loan Program, each as described in the Program Guidelines.
Loan Programs means the SBA and SBL lending programs to be undertaken by the Corporation.
Loan Programs or "Programs" means the procedures and policies for implementing and maintaining a Loan Guarantee under the provisions of Federal Family Education Loan Programs as set forth in the Act as applicable by law and regulations and administered by the Authority.

Loan Programs means (a.) the in‐school loan programs called “Private Advance Education Loan Program” and “College Family Loan Program” (collectively, the “In‐School Loan Programs”); (b.) the refinance loan programs called “Reset Refinance Loan Program”, “Reset Refinance Loan Program for In‐ School Borrowers”, “Reset Refinance Loan Program for Medical Residents” and “Reset Refinance Loan for Medical and Dental Professionals” (collectively, the “Refinance Loan Programs”); and (c.) other in‐school or refinance loan programs that may be added from time to time. Each Loan Program may be referred to herein individually by its specific name hereunder. Loans made under any of the Loan Programs are Private Education Loans as defined in 12 CFR § 226.46(b)(5), which includes refinance or consolidation payoff loans.

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.

  • Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Educational loan means a loan made by the authority to an institution.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.
