Loan Expense definition

Loan Expense means, with respect to any Profit Distribution Subsidiary for any Measurement Period as of any Calculation Date, the aggregate amount of all interest or other expenses paid by such Profit Distribution Subsidiary with respect to indebtedness of such Profit Distribution Subsidiary to either the Company or other Subsidiaries of the Company with respect to such Measurement Period.
Loan Expense. Borrower shall reimburse Lender for all out-of-pocket expenses in co▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with the Loan transaction, including, without limitation, legal fees, due diligence expenses, surveys, engineering reports and a Lender's ALTA Tile Insurance Policy, whether or not the Loan is funded. Upon commencement of drafting the definitive documents, Borrower shall advance to Lender $25,000, to cover a portion of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇s.

Examples of Loan Expense in a sentence

  • So long as there are sufficient Loan Payments or Property Proceeds available to pay all outstanding Loan Expenses (including any Loan Expense Reserves established by the Servicer pursuant to Section 6.3, below), each Lender’s share of such Loan Expenses shall be deducted from such Loan Payments or Property Proceeds (or available reserves) prior to any distribution of such proceeds to the Lenders under Section 8.2, below.

  • During (a) the occurrence of an Event of Default or (b) upon request by Borrower, Lender is authorized to make Advances under any Loan that Lender, in its sole discretion, desires to fund at Borrower’s request or deems necessary or desirable to pay any Loan Expense or other amount chargeable to Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document (an advance made for the foregoing purposes are referred to herein as a “Discretionary Advance”).
