Loan Equalization Payment definition

Loan Equalization Payment means a mandatory prepayment of the Project Loan at the discretion of the Funding Lender Representative in an amount not to exceed $_____ if the Project does not meet the achievement standards set forth in the Continuing Covenant Agreement.
