The Bonds shall be redeemed, in part, at the Redemption Price on the earliest Business Day for which notice can be given as required by Section 6.11 hereof in the event that the Borrower makes a Pre-Conversion Loan Equalization Payment and the Trustee has received a written direction from the Bondholder Representative to redeem Bonds, in a principal amount equal to the amount of the Note prepaid by the Borrower.
