Loan Allocation Amount definition

Loan Allocation Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the greater of (i) the Aggregate Commitments and (ii) the Outstanding Amount of the Committed Loans, as of such date, plus (b) the Outstanding Amount of Term Loans as of such date.
Loan Allocation Amount listed on Exhibit A of the Loan Agreement is replaced with the amount described on Exhibit A attached hereto as the "Total Loan Allocation" assigned to that Property. The two amounts shown as the "Proportionate Exit Fee" for each Property, as listed on Exhibit A of the Loan Agreement, are replaced with the two amounts described on Exhibit A attached hereto as the "Total Exit Fee" assigned to that Property.
Loan Allocation Amount. As defined in the Loan Agreement.

Examples of Loan Allocation Amount in a sentence

  • In connection therewith, Borrower may obtain a Release of such Property from the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Property provided that such Proceeds paid to Lender are at least equal to the Loan Allocation Amount for the applicable Property.

  • In the event that the Proceeds paid to Lender are less than the Loan Allocation Amount for the applicable Property, Borrower may obtain a Release of such Property from the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Property if Lender shall have received from Borrower a payment (in addition to the Proceeds) equal to the difference between (i) the Loan Allocation Amount for the applicable Property less (ii) the Proceeds previously delivered to Lender.

Related to Loan Allocation Amount

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation.   • Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.
