Loadout means any one of the throughput and loadout facilities to which the Coal purchased by Buyer from Seller is moved by a Transporter subsequent to delivery to Buyer at the Delivery Point, which facilities shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, any wash plant or other facility through which any raw coal is washed or processed.
