Loading/Offloading Facilities definition

Loading/Offloading Facilities means the rail spurs, barge and/or truck docks located at the Facility, and all grain and grain products loading and unloading equipment, including, but not limited to, all conveyors, lifts and elevators used in connection with movement of grain and grain products in and out of the Storage Silos.

Related to Loading/Offloading Facilities

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related
