Loading Fees definition

Loading Fees means the Rail Loading Fee and/or the Truck Loading Fee, as the context requires.

  • When a Company requires designated Employees to step inside of or on any Van, Air Cargo Container, Truck or Trailer, to load or unload any equipment covered under this agreement, the employee shall be paid at the applicable hourly rate, plus Loading Fees as follows: Van or Air Cargo Container - $5.00@; Truck - $10.00@; Trailer - $20.00@.
