Loading Facilities means an area other than a street or alley, either open or enclosed, or partially enclosed within a structure or portion thereof, designed or used for the temporary parking of commercial vehicles while loading or unloading goods or materials.

• Seller will be responsible for payment of all charges imposed by ▇▇▇▇▇'s rail carrier ("Rail Carrier") resulting from Seller's non-compliance with the Carrier Specifications, including but not limited to, demurrage charges incurred at Seller's Loading Facilities and for any under-loading or over-loading charges incurred plus other reasonable administrative expenses related to such charges.

• Section 4.6 Loading Facilities charges include costs for loading rail cars, supervising common carrier truck loading and maintaining and repairing both the rail rack and truck rack as shown in the examples set forth in Exhibit F.

• The train will be returned to BUYER at any of SELLER's Loading Facilities within 6 days of the rejection notice.

Loading Facilities means the third LNG/LPG loading dock and new LPG storage tank to be located adjacent to the Bontang Plant, in each case as described in and consistent with the Development Plan.

Loading Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1 of the Loan Agreement.
